Smethport PA - Andrew C. Manfredi, 80, of Smethport, passed away Tuesday (July 28, 2026) at UPMC-Cole, Coudersport.
He was born February 24, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Anthony, Sr. and Olive (Hodgkins) Manfredi. Andrew was a graduate of Arlington High School class of 1964. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 9 years, during Vietnam, and being discharged honorably at the rank of Staff Sergeant in 1973.
Andrew worked several jobs over the years, but his last employment before retiring was as a driver/transporter, employed by The Hub of Smethport, PA.
He was a member of the VFW Post #2497 of Smethport.
He is survived by: A son: James Mason-Manfredi
Two brothers: John T. (Susan) Manfredi of Belleville, IL and Anthony F. Manfredi, Jr. of Cataumet, MA and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by a sister, Claire Goodenough.
A memorial service will be held for Andrew at a later date and time to be announced.
