Tom and I attended the funeral on Friday and it was an amazing tribute to such a wonderful man. Buddy's daughter, Lacey, gave a moving overview of Buddy's life and insight in to his family life and his love of the Lord. Brud, his son, wrote a very moving letter and it was read by Diane's sister, Sandy. His brother, Billy, spoke of reestablishing a more meaningful brotherly connection during his illness. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to Diane and all the family. Pat and Tom Falwell

Time passes quickly and thoughts come and go but Buddy, when you come to mind I always see you with a smile on your face.  God rest you, my friend.  A quote that puts it into prespective for me when your name comes to mind:

I love those who can smile in trouble, who can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but they whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves their conduct, will pursue their principles unto death.

Leonardo da Vinci
