I am so sad about the passing of so many beloved classmates in the past few weeks and days.  Maureen and her two sisters, Gayle and Charlene, were our neighbors in the "New Project" on Memorial Way for years. The three Morrison sisters were the same age as my sister. brother and me.  She (and her sisters) were so sweet, kind and gentle. We kept in touch through her late sister Charlene who worked at the old Bay Bank in Arlington Center.  And she and I spend time during our 45th and 50th reunions talking about our childhood memories.  Strangely her house was midway between my house and John Ryan' s house.  She had been dealing with MS for years and was in a wheelchair when I last saw her.  Rest peacefully dear friend.

I didn't know Maureen well, but I remember her as a beautiful flower of a girl.  When I reconnected with her at the 45th she was ravaged by the MS but she radiated a gentle, lovely soul.  Life was not easy for her.  I am sad to know she is gone.

Charlotte was so sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. From elementary school and into adult life she was a gentle soul who was beautiful both on the inside and the outside. She was incredibly kind and will be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Maureen’s passing.  I have known Maureen since Crosby school days and on through Junior High and Arlington High.  Remember both Maureen and Richie dating through high school.  One of the best-looking couples in the class of 1964.

She has shown so much courage through the years and did it all with a smile on her face.  She has been and always will be an inspiration to me.
